These terms govern your use of the Empower Cleaning Company website and booking platform at empowercleaningnc.com. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Services

Empower Cleaning Company provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Mebane, NC area and surrounding I-40/85 corridor communities within a 30-mile radius. We come to your location with all necessary equipment and supplies. Services are performed at your home, rental property, or business.

Booking & Payment

All bookings are made through our website and paid at the time of booking via Stripe. By completing a booking, you agree to:

• Pay the full service price at the time of booking
• Provide accurate contact and property information
• Ensure we can access the property at the scheduled time

Cancellation & Refunds

You can reschedule your appointment online at any time. To cancel, please call or text us. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment receive a refund of the service amount to your original payment method. For cancellations inside 24 hours, contact us and we will work out a refund or credit at our discretion, since the time slot is reserved for you.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number during booking, you consent to receive transactional text messages related to your appointment, including booking confirmation, appointment reminders, and cancellation notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out by contacting us at (919) 000-0000. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

Weather

If severe weather makes travel unsafe on your appointment day, we will reach out to reschedule at no additional cost.

Service Area

We serve locations within approximately 30 miles of Mebane, NC. Your service address is verified during booking. If we cannot service your location, you will be notified before payment.

Tipping

After your service is complete, you will receive an email with an optional tip link. Tips are processed securely through Stripe and go directly to your cleaner. Tipping is always optional and appreciated.

Limitation of Liability

Empower Cleaning Company takes every precaution to protect your home and belongings during service. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions not caused by our service. If you believe our service caused damage, contact us immediately and we will work to resolve the issue.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our booking platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
